I received an estimate promptly, within minutes. Although I have not made a decision about proceeding with the project, I am pleased with how it has begun.

Upon interviewing several contractors for our kitchen and bathroom renovation, Matt stood out to my husband and me with his exceptional professionalism and integrity. Originally, we were only seeking a modest facelift for our bathroom and kitchen in our old 1900's farmhouse, but with Matt's expertise and resources, we were able to undergo a full remodel and update the rest of our home with refinished hardwoods, new paint, carpets, and more. Matt and his team of subcontractors surpassed our expectations and worked closely with us to keep us on budget and timeline. Throughout the project, Matt was always available and patient, never missing a call and never making us feel rushed. Despite unforeseen challenges associated with COVID-19 restrictions, the team navigated the renovation with ease. We also had the pleasure of working with Jacqui, Matt's wife, who expertly guided us through the design elements of the renovation. From choosing paint to fixing fixtures, Jacqui made the process fun and seamless. We were even surprised with a homemade lunch and help unpacking when we moved back in! We highly recommend Ziebart Construction and look forward to working with them again for future projects.

Our remodeling experience has been fantastic. The team has been extremely courteous and cooperative. Each worker was organized and tidied up at the end of every day. The project was thoroughly explained, and the work was completed promptly. We truly appreciate Matt and his crew. Our remodel is amazing, and we couldn't be happier!

Due to the smoke, my carpet installation was cancelled on the scheduled date of Monday, September 14th, causing me to feel stressed and anxious as my condo would be in disarray for a longer period of time. Matt, however, was incredibly supportive, assuring me that we would work through the situation. His efforts paid off, and we were able to reschedule just 10 days later. I am grateful for his calm approach during a chaotic time due to the wildfires. Additionally, Matt went above and beyond by adding nice finishing touches to the project, including replacing old, scratched drawer knobs free of charge. He consistently brought in excellent subcontractors, demonstrating his commitment to quality work. Moving forward, I suggest that Matt continue to advocate for his customers' requests, particularly in my case where installing new, thicker carpeting and a nicer, thicker pad was a top priority. Although I had to push for it a bit, we were able to achieve this objective and I am pleased with the final product. I am grateful to Matt and Ziebart Construction for their hard work, not only on my carpeting which turned out awesome, but also on my master bath remodel. Thank you again, Matt.
