Upon my initial inquiry, I was promptly responded to and offered a quote appointment in just two days. Luis and his team arrived punctually and efficiently installed more than 700 sq. ft. of carpet in a matter of hours. They conducted themselves courteously and tidied up after the job. After experiencing a leak, a small portion of my carpet was water damaged. Removing the carpet and discarding the pad allowed for the carpet to dry. To reinstall the padding and re-secure the carpet to the tack strips, I sought assistance. Luis replied promptly with an estimate and proved to be an excellent communicator. His team of professionals worked efficiently and did an excellent job re-installing the carpet.
