I was excited about both drivers. The initial chauffeur picked up on my granddaughter's anxiety (at just 8 years old). He skillfully initiated a conversation with her, putting her at ease almost immediately. Additionally, he drove carefully and made gentle turns to ensure her comfort. His thoughtfulness and kindness towards us both deeply impressed us. The second driver was equally wonderful. Due to parking limitations, he had to park in a location designated for limos. He promptly texted me a map indicating his location. However, I struggled to locate him. Upon receiving my text, he called to ask for the names of the streets I was nearby, and swiftly came to pick us up. Furthermore, when he noticed that my granddaughter was cold, he increased the heat and engaged her in conversation about the show. I would highly recommend either driver, and give high praise to ZHS limo service for employing such excellent personnel. Thank you for enhancing our already very special day together.

The previous rating of 2 stars was an error. Their service has been exceptional thus far and deserves a 5-star rating. I plan on booking with them again soon.

The ZHS Limousine driver arrived promptly and presented himself with a high level of professionalism and amiability. Moreover, the vehicle was immaculately clean. Based on this excellent experience, I definitely plan on utilizing their services again in the future.

The experience was fantastic. The drivers were courteous and always on time. Dealing with the customer service and dispatch team over the phone was excellent. They were very quick to respond.

ZHS offers exceptional Limo Service that surpasses all others. Communication was flawless, and the driver showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Upon reaching the airport, the driver ensured our comfort before departing. When we modified our airport destination, ZHS was incredibly accommodating and flexible without any hesitation. Furthermore, when we arrived home later than anticipated, the driver patiently waited for nearly two hours, easing our stress levels. ZHS is a compassionate company and undoubtedly, we will use their services again. Thank you so much, ZHS, for everything!
