Our brunch experience with Ryan was exceptional! He provided us with invaluable assistance in organizing the event and presenting us with a plethora of options. The pricing was also very affordable, and the quality of food was fantastic. Moreover, Ryan went above and beyond by making custom omelets and eggs to cater to our taste buds. Our favorite part of the trip was definitely Chef Ryan! Eight of us celebrated a bachelorette, and our experience with Chef Ryan was phenomenal from start to finish. The food was simply incredible, presented beautifully, and his professionalism and friendly demeanor made the night truly memorable. Chef Ryan was absolutely amazing! We engaged his services to cater a fabulous dinner for a group of ten ladies as part of our friend's bachelorette party, and it turned out to be the highlight of the entire weekend! Since we were going for a tropical theme, Ryan collaborated with me beforehand to craft an exciting menu featuring a variety of small plates, a large citrusy salad, coconut-flavored lime rice, and asparagus meant to be shared by the group. The serving sizes were insanely generous, essentially causing each "small plate" to become a full-blown platter bursting with fresh and flavorful dishes. We enjoyed sumptuous plates of tuna tartare, fish tacos, seared tuna, crab cakes, chicken sliders with a heavenly coconut aioli, chicken, and pineapple skewers, which were creatively served inside of actual pineapples. We were also treated to fresh snapper ceviche, shrimp cocktail, and many other delectable dishes. Ryan went above and beyond to cater to dietary restrictions, even preparing separate servings of particular dishes for our friend who couldn't have gluten. He was flexible, very responsive, showed up on time, and conscientiously put our leftovers away and cleaned up despite having finished his job. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend Chef Ryan for your upcoming group event!
