I had to renovate a game room into a studio with a bedroom, which required adding a patio door, installing vinyl plank flooring, and fitting an extra wide doorway between the two areas, among other modifications. Felix proved to be an excellent collaborator throughout the process. Besides doing an outstanding job, he also displayed flexibility and patience as I adjusted the plans. The whole experience was so satisfactory that we are considering hiring him again for a fence and deck project. His prices were reasonable, and he did not overcharge us. Zenith Creations, led by Felix and his team, were contracted to carry out a full renovation of my condominium. The project required a complete overhaul of the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space.
