A gentleman visited my home and provided recommendations for enhancing it, taking an hour of his time. He promised to send me a quote for an insurance claim concerning my kitchen and bathroom. However, after three days, the contractor texted me and declined the job, asserting that he had secured a full-time job offer and was not capable of doing the job. Disappointed that he had wasted my time, he mentioned that he could still send me the quote but never did. After a week of not hearing back, I decided to cancel the request for an estimate. I am unsure whether asking for evidence of insurance was the reason for the decline or if it was the contractor's lack of experience or motivation. It was unprofessional of him not to call and only leave a text. He was an inexperienced and unprofessional contractor.

After Zach, the owner, inspected our landscape, he promptly provided a quote the next day and completed the task the following week. He exhibited an admirable work ethic and meticulously attended to each detail. Our retaining wall was impressively repaired by him.
