It was unexpected that two women arrived thirty minutes late due to being lost. Although they were promised a two-hour session, they only stayed one and a half hours. Moreover, I had to manage most of the house cleaning myself during their visit. Initially, I assumed that I would have one person working for four hours, which I could have collaborated with to ensure efficient cleaning. I felt let down, but I still gave them a generous tip. Sadly, I will not be using this service again.
