My pool cleaner is Mike and he informs me about his visit to my house. The before and after pictures are sent through the CrackerJack app, which is very helpful as I have been away from home. I highly recommend this pool service.

Be cautious when selecting this company for your needs. Despite hiring them based on their positive reviews, my personal experience has convinced me that those reviews may be written by friends or family members. In my opinion, this company is a scam. I have owned a pool for a decade and have needed to recover it twice. The usual recovery takes 2-5 days and costs $150-$300 depending on the state of the pool. My pool was untouched for two months during the winter months, leading me to seek out a recovery service. I contacted CrackerJack, who responded quickly and offered a recovery for $300, a higher price than I expected but I accepted due to the urgency. When the technician arrived, he asked for the recovery fee as well as the first month's service fee upfront, which was unusual. Nonetheless, I proceeded with the transaction and paid the $300 recovery fee as well as $110 for the monthly service. In under 15 minutes, he simply brushed the pool, handed my husband a bag of suncoast shock, and instructed him to clean the filters and add in the chemicals. He promised to return while my husband followed up over text.
A week later, he sent his brother without chemicals, who stayed for an hour or two before leaving. Another week elapsed before he returned, untested the water, and dumped almost half a gallon of acid into my pool, even though the pH was already 7.6 and unnecessary. He brushed the pool, used a scant cup of granular shock, and attempted to use a battery-operated vacuum. Then he left. A week has passed without contact from the company and I received a message that due to understaffing and an increased clientele, they no longer service the Orlando area and won't be coming back to my house. I requested a 50% refund, which he refused to provide because he considered his time and the cost of the chemicals he used enough compensation. I, however, have paid less for better service and don't want anyone else to go through the same frustration. I have filed a complaint against this company and advise potential customers to proceed with caution since they might face similar issues.
