For over 15 years, I've specialized in designing homes, particularly in Albuquerque/Santa Fe/Taos, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix and Las Vegas. I have roots in Houston, where I began designing homes. Throughout the entire process, I take pride in ensuring that my clients feel well-cared for.
I provide digital copies for submission to county, state and neighborhood entities. Your Plan Set will include: a Site Plan, a Foundation Plan layout (reviewed by an engineer), a Dimension Plan, an Electrical Plan, Interior Elevations, a Framing Plan layout (reviewed by an engineer), Exterior Elevations, a Roof Plan and any Design Details necessary for constructing the home. In the event that the Foundation or Framing Plans require an engineer's stamp, you can choose an engineer and I'll send them the necessary documents. Depending on the location of construction, some plans may require this validation.

Before beginning the renovation, we required accurate As-built drawings of our residence. LiDAR Precise Plans provided exceptional service by utilizing a 3D scanner to fully scan the property. Promptly after the site inspection, we were provided with the necessary drawings. Upon comparing prices, it was evident that their rates were lower compared to others.
