Description:

For over 15 years, I have specialized in designing homes, with my current focus on the Albuquerque/Santa Fe/Taos, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, and Las Vegas regions. Having grown up in Houston, I have a deep-rooted passion for home design. My top priority is ensuring my clients are happy and satisfied with the whole process.

I also offer electronic copies that can be submitted to the county/state/neighborhood. Your Plan Set will include a Site Plan, Dimension Plan, Electrical Plan, Interior Elevations, Exterior Elevations, Roof Plan, Design Details, and a Foundation Plan layout (to be verified by an engineer). If required, a certified engineer will verify and stamp the Construction Plans.

Note: Depending on the location of the build, some plans may necessitate an engineer’s stamp on the Foundation or Framing plans, and I’ll connect you with a trusted engineer for that.
