Description:

For over 15 years, I have been creating home designs, specializing in Albuquerque/Santa Fe/Taos, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. Growing up in Houston, I began my passion for designing homes. My goal is to ensure that my clients are taken care of throughout the entire process.

I offer electronic copies for submission to the county/state/neighborhood. Your Plan Set includes a Site Plan, Dimension Plan, Electrical Plan, Interior and Exterior Elevations, Roof Plan, and any Design Details necessary for construction. For Foundation or Framing plans requiring an engineer's stamp, I will send them to an engineer of your choice. Due to regional regulations, some locations may require stamped plans.

Impressive! I don't even know where to begin. If it were up to me, I would award Michael ten stars. His level of professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness truly eased our troubles when we were left hanging by a past "architect/GC." The DFW region is inundated with swindlers, but you can't go wrong with Memar Interior. Our plans were green-lighted by the city with minimal edits required. Furthermore, whenever I contacted MI for adjustments, he delivered them in a matter of hours. His services are undoubtedly invaluable, providing peace of mind that your plans can navigate any city's challenging plans and permits labyrinth.

While overseas, I reached out to Memar Interiors to plan a refurbishing project with limited time availability.
