She was the worst vendor we had at my mom's 50th event. Despite starting off friendly, she took full advantage of us once she arrived. She was 10 minutes late, despite the event starting soon, and lied about her reason for being late. She also forgot multiple items, including cups, straws, napkins, and various drinks, and didn't finish a single bottle of alcohol despite charging us nearly $1000 for four hours. Additionally, she provided cheap liquor and was unprofessional, telling guests that the alcohol was "not good" despite her providing it and knowing that we paid for it. We strongly advise against hiring her and suggest paying the extra money for someone else. In a follow-up message to her the day after, we expressed disappointment with her services and the way she handled the event. We noted that, despite paying her $850, we also paid for additional supplies, like tajin, strawberry soda, and beer, which she took with her after the event. She forgot several necessary supplies and used a lot of our own without permission, but still charged us full price for her services. We asked for $150 back to cover the cost of the supplies she forgot and took, which we paid for. We also addressed her unprofessional behavior towards guests, lying about the quality of the alcohol despite bringing it herself, and using unlabeled, pre-used bottles. We stated that her lateness, disorganization, and disrespectful attitude towards us and our sister were unacceptable, and that we would be leaving a review on CrackerJack if she isn't willing to cooperate. We had hoped the event would go smoothly, but unfortunately, her lack of professionalism made things difficult.
