My life was transformed by Eric's assistance. During our initial consultation, he assessed my body and found that I had 80 pounds of fat to shed and very little muscle mass. From the start of our training, Eric provided thorough explanations of each exercise and its targeted muscle groups, as well as guidance on proper form and breathing while lifting. Throughout my athletic career, I have collaborated with numerous trainers, including personal trainers and marathon trainers. As an athlete, I have very specific expectations for what a trainer should and should not be. When I first met Eric, I was explicit about maintaining my dietary preferences and focusing on certain muscle groups. Fortunately, Eric was a pleasure to work with! As an experienced coach with nearly 20 years in the fitness industry, I'm very picky about who I allow to train me. This became even more important after experiencing an injury and undergoing rehabilitation. It's vital that the professional I work with understands how to improve my training without aggravating my knee and lower back. After watching Eric train and work with other clients, I realized that there was value in working with him. Our first workout session included a thorough intake to understand the impact of my injury on my workout and diet. It was one of the best training sessions I've ever had because Eric is so meticulous about proper form.
