Upon arrival for my Golden Light Energy Healing session with Yrma, I was unsure of what to expect. During our initial conversation, she honed in on the root of my depression in just a matter of minutes. This realization alone provided me with solace and relieved a heavy burden.
As for the session itself, I felt as though I was in a trance, my body simultaneously floating and sinking to the music playing in the background. Yrma's gentle touch sent shivers up my spine in a sublime, ASMR-like manner. I realized the importance of the duration and pressure of her touch, and the training it takes to become a Reiki master and produce such a response.
