Upon arrival, I meticulously check that everything is in place, partnering with you to ensure your every need is met. Previously, I even halted what I was doing to arrive early at a wedding site at the request of a bride, who worried about inclement weather. When the wind began blowing the candles over, I helped set up tables to remedy the situation. I am known for going above and beyond for my clients, and I have yet to refuse a request. It brings me great joy to ensure that the service reflects each couple's unique beliefs, lifestyle, and heritage, and I take great pride in personalizing each ceremony.
I find that the people I meet through this line of work are not only pleasant but also diverse, providing me with the opportunity to connect with individuals I might not have otherwise encountered. The most fulfilling aspect of my job is bringing people together and giving them the gift of happiness. From traditional services to ones that incorporate poetry or follow customs from various cultures, I am eager to create a special ceremony for you.
Given my own personal challenges in finding an affordable and accommodating officiant for my interfaith wedding, I am committed to ensuring that your experience is stress-free and enjoyable.
Before accepting any bookings, I make sure that everything I do is both legal and ethical. As such, please note that I do not perform weddings in Virginia, as their laws require brick-and-mortar buildings for officiants. I am, however, willing to travel to Maryland to conduct your ceremony.
With regards to the pandemic, most of my bookings were postponed during quarantine. For the few that were held, I maintained strict social distancing guidelines, wearing a mask before and after the ceremony and standing six feet apart from the couple and their guests. My family and I have been fully vaccinated since March 2021.

Starting with the utmost gratitude, I must say that Susan truly made our special day utterly spectacular! Initially, we had engaged another officiant but he made no further contact after quoting us an $800 fee for our Salisbury, MD wedding. Given the lack of response and the upcoming wedding date, I was forced to terminate the contract.
