Melissa was pleasant and accommodating from the start. As my nine-year tenancy drew to a close, I realized my apartment was in dire need of a thorough cleaning before handing it back to the landlord. I found Melissa on CrackerJack and reached out to her. She was prompt in her response and we scheduled a visit for her to inspect the apartment. She confirmed the appointment and arrived punctually. During her visit, I brought to her notice specific areas that required attention, and we decided on a cleaning date several weeks away.
On the day of the cleaning, Melissa and her assistant Linda arrived on time and began working right away. I popped downstairs to check in on their progress and was amused to see the two women jokingly chatting while scrubbing the bathroom clean - one cleaning the toilet and the other meticulously cleaning the cabinet hardware with a toothbrush. Their friendly banter made them a pleasure to interact with, and their diligent work ethic resulted in incredible outcomes. Even the landlord was impressed and mentioned that the apartment had never looked cleaner!

Melissa's cleaning skills are exceptional, and her professionalism matches that level of quality. During that cleaning, she was able to remove water stains from my shower doors.
