The initial session and fitness assessment is complimentary, and payments can be made in full or split into 2 or 3 installments. You can find my fitness studio, Fit360dc, at 3058 Mt. Pleasant St NW, Washington DC 20009, and please note that I am fully vaccinated.

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal and group personal training specialist, as well as a boxing instructor with over 15 years of experience. I am highly capable of helping my clients achieve their desired fitness goals, while also teaching valuable exercise techniques for future use. My specialties include weight loss, firming and toning, conditioning, strength and bodybuilding, sports-specific training, boxing, cardio boxing, and pre/post-natal exercises. I also utilize various modalities, such as kettle bells, speed ladders, TRX, cones, dumb bells, barbells, battle rope, agility ladder, sled, and more.

I offer various services, including customized training program design, weight loss plans, one-on-one and group boxing sessions, strength, core, and mobility training, body sculpting, cardiovascular conditioning, sport-specific training, and boot camps. I tailor each program to meet your unique needs and goals, constantly monitoring and adjusting for optimal results. Lastly, I provide ongoing training and equip you with life-long techniques to maintain your fitness journey.

This personal trainer designs an incredibly effective and purposeful workout. It is definitely worth the investment of both money and time. Despite being motivated to work out on my own, I had not engaged in heavy lifting since February due to Covid. However, after hiring this trainer 11 months later, I was taken aback by the superior workout he provided me with, surpassing anything I could have done by myself. Notably, I can move seamlessly from one set to another in a circuit without any lag time, and he offers guidance on my posture throughout. I highly recommend requesting boxing training and workouts from him!

Working with Cornelius is an amazing experience. He has played a crucial role in helping me achieve numerous goals, such as gaining strength, firming up, and beginning to shed extra pounds. Every session with him is a chance to push myself to my limits, receiving endless support and encouragement from him. Besides, Cornelius is exceptionally understanding when circumstances come up that make it impossible to attend a training session. In the nearly 12 weeks that I've been working with him, I've seen outstanding results, and I'm already planning to sign up for another session. All because Cornelius is simply excellent at what he does!

Compared to CY's weight training sessions with me, I have made great progress with my running. My balance, stamina, and injury prevention have all improved. Even runs or falls that would have sidelined me in the past are now insignificant blips in my training.
