Mindfulness meditation techniques that date back to Vipassana, one of Buddhism's earliest meditation practises, form the basis of the meditation sessions.
I have been practising yoga for twelve years and teaching for the previous four. Throughout my yoga journey, I developed a passion for educating and motivating others to reap the rewards of this practice.
Following a significant life turning point, I discovered the ability of meditation to transform my perspective, attaining a deep relationship with my inner self and consciously living life.
I completed my first 200-hour teacher training in Medellin in 2019, and in 2022, I ventured to India and completed a 300-hour yoga teacher training programme, which included intensive practice in various meditation and pranayama techniques, deepening my understanding of yoga's philosophy.
Currently, I am acquiring certification as a Health and Wellness Coach, which will enable me to promote a balanced lifestyle, allowing individuals to attain their full potential.
