As a trainer and coach since 2012, I cater to all fitness levels, including beginners and athletes. I prioritize *QUALITY over QUANTITY* and tailor my approach to each client's individual needs and objectives. My training method focuses on educating clients on proper workout form and techniques to help them achieve and maintain their fitness goals. My fitness modalities include Calisthenics, Weight lifting, TRX (suspension training), HIIT, Balance, Agility, and more. Whether it's through virtual sessions on Zoom, in-person training at the client's location, or via an online fitness program, I am committed to providing my clients with a robust fitness experience. In addition to being a Personal Trainer and TRX instructor for the City of LONGMONT Recreation and F45 Longmont Studio, I also lead Bootcamp classes and other fitness programs.
