I discovered I had no hot water at 10:30p, so I headed downstairs to check out my water heater. There was water pouring out of it, but I quickly contacted CrackerJack and Skyler got back to me in a timely manner. He listen attentively to my issue, requested that I snap some pictures of the problem, and even offered to come over to my place immediately! The next morning at 7:00a, Skyler arrived at my doorstep and promptly attended to my water heater. Throughout the morning, his communication with me was superb, and he sourced the exact water heater I wanted, installed it, and did an excellent job of tidying up the area.
