The pair who arrived were pleasant and efficient. Although the task I hired them for was not desirable - removing a putrid, old fridge and a deteriorated sleeper sofa (which I was unaware was a sleeper sofa), they handled it with kindness and positivity. I even requested last-minute assistance with moving some furniture to a storage facility, and they were more than willing to assist in addition to their junk removal duties. The overall cost for the amount of work completed was reasonable, and I highly recommend their services.

In the morning, I communicated with Xtra Mile, and amazingly, by 5:00pm that day, my furniture had already been relocated. The crew was very professional and ensured that I didn't require cleaning behind the items being moved before they positioned them. It was a delightful experience, and I would absolutely engage Xtra Mile's services again.

In my previous review, I mentioned that I would opt for this company again, and I did. Recently, I moved out and cleared the basement and house, which left me with six bulky items to eliminate from the driveway. Fortunately, this company makes it effortlessly hassle-free - I send a message, they answer promptly, and schedule me within three days, and it's completed! They possess great communication skills, pick up and send the bill, making the process uncomplicated. These guys are fantastic; I absolutely adore them!
