Christina from XMAN, a woman-owned company, impressed me with her friendly and prompt communication when I submitted a project on CrackerJack due to mold in my basement that was discovered during a refinance inspection. XMAN had outstanding reviews on the platform, and I was pleased to add my own after the excellent experience I had with them.
When technician Robert conducted a virtual inspection via FaceTime, he outlined the removal process to me. XMAN sent the removal agreement the same day and quickly scheduled the project for the very next day. Even when my husband and I discovered additional mold beyond the initial scope of the project, Christina ensured that the estimate remained unchanged.
