The consultation with him lasted around seventy-five minutes, during which he came to a conclusion that I had to retrieve my laptop data locally. Although I cannot recall his name, I must mention that he displayed remarkable patience, professionalism, and expertise. Despite his best efforts, he declined compensation due to his inability to resolve the issue. I am inclined to consult their services again in the days to come.
