Despite a longer timeline than anticipated for my deck project, working with Xavier and XCC was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This year's craziness made it challenging to obtain specific building materials, but Xavier was understanding and attentive to my concerns and questions. Our collaboration stood out compared to my experience with another local Trex contractor. Xavier remained transparent and easy to communicate with throughout the project. He alerted me to any issues or faults and explained how he intended to remedy them. When Xavier completed the project, he wasn't satisfied with the finished result and suffered substantial costs to adjust and perfect it. Even after I made my final payment, Xavier followed up to address some forgotten finishing touches and parts of the deck that didn't meet his standards. This exemplifies his dedication to ensuring his clients are not only happy but thrilled with the end result. Our old deck was expertly disassembled by Xavier and his team before they built us a gorgeous new deck using Trex. Additionally, they diligently rectified the previous builder's errors by reconstructing our front farmers porch. Xavier has a passion for precision and prioritizes quality above all else. During the disassembly, he detected additional issues with the deck and porch, which he promptly repaired. Furthermore, after finding some rotting wood, he willingly took on extra work for the porch.
