Prior to my baby shower, I was in need of a hairstylist and had not taken advantage of CrackerJack services. In searching for aid, I connected with Alisa who replied quickly to my inquiry (within an impressive five minutes). Through a brief phone conversation, we established a date and Alisa continued to be highly responsive via text. On the day of the event, Alisa arrived punctually at my residence and acted in a pleasant, supportive manner, offering valuable styling recommendations. With her expertise, I was ready to go within an hour. I found Alisa's pricing to be reasonable and would absolutely request her aid again for future occasions.

Due to a traffic accident, I was almost 30 minutes late, while Alicia arrived promptly on time. I rushed to make it up to her, knowing she had the right to be upset. Alicia has an incredibly sweet attitude and a phenomenal personality. During my appointment with her, I explained that I needed my long blonde extensions colored black and styled for my upcoming event. As she worked on the color with great skill, I showed her pictures from Google of how I wanted my hair to look. While she worked on my hair, my makeup artist worked alongside her. When the appointment was finished, I was shocked by the results - Alicia's work exceeded my expectations, especially given that it was her first time working with me. My makeup artist was also impressed and even exchanged numbers with Alicia to work together on future clients. I simply cannot imagine how anyone could give Alicia a bad review. She truly made me look my best and I appreciate her kind and genuine personality. I look forward to working with her again in the future!
