I had requested my contractor to install 7 recess lights and a light fixture. However, on powering them, there was incessant buzzing noise. Post our complaint, Propel sent over Michael to inspect the issue, and he detected the problem immediately. It was due to the recess lights not being compatible with the dimmer. On researching, we found that our purchased light needed an ELV or Triac dimmer, while we had bought a Lutron dimmer. Since my husband wasn't too particular about the dinner setting, Michael replaced the switch with a regular one. The outcome was a beautiful, functioning lighting system.

One of our bedrooms recently had a portable A/C unit installed. However, after around 18 hours, the unit stopped working, along with most of the lights, the ceiling fan, and even the computer.
