Mark, thank you very much for your outstanding work on the resurfaced deck. We are truly impressed with the exceptional grading and repair performed beneath the deck. The footers had begun to sink due to substantial water accumulation, but Mark skilfully excavated the drains, repaired them, and graded the slope beneath the deck. Despite several intense rainstorms in recent weeks, the water has not caused any trouble since the repair. Mark's communication was crystal clear and the project was executed in a timely manner.
