I enjoy working with Julie very much! Each 45-minute session is both enjoyable and effective. Initially, I was unsure about remote training, but due to my busy work schedule, one on one sessions via Zoom were the perfect solution. You can begin your workout right after waking up, which eliminates any previous excuses for skipping workouts. Additionally, Julie is amiable and easygoing- it's like working out with a friend. I highly recommend her!
