Working with Pat was a delightful experience. He was consistently on time, provided accurate assessments, and promptly informed me of any additional work needed to remedy a subfloor issue. Upon discovering that new custom oak flooring was required for the kitchen, Pat was able to quickly locate and match the original boards. This was a challenging task as the kitchen floor was only 1/4 complete, hidden beneath unsightly linoleum. Despite this difficulty, Pat's team displayed exceptional professionalism and skill, achieving a remarkable level of craftsmanship. Our new natural finish boasts a durable commercial grade Bona HD traffic satin finish, which more than satisfies us.
