I strongly advise against hiring this individual, especially if you have a beautiful home, as it is a definite no-go. She appears to charge based on the appearance of the residence, as opposed to the actual work required to clean it. For instance, she may quote you $280 for cleaning a new and well-maintained house, but then on the day of the job, she will revert to an hourly rate of $600, and the quality of the cleaning may leave much to be desired. Moreover, she has been known to use chlorine on expensive chrome and is generally untrustworthy and dishonest. She might even threaten to show up at your home to demand additional payments.
