With more than ten years of experience in fine dining cuisine, Chef Jerry has honed his skills by working with award-winning chefs at top-rated restaurants in New Orleans and Austin. Moreover, he traveled to 21 cities in Italy for three months to learn about the country's culture and food.

Chef Jerry's passion is to hand-roll pasta, from agnolotti to soppresini. He fell in love with pasta when he made his first sheet of it, and he always puts his heart into creating authentic Italian dishes. However, his culinary expertise extends beyond Italian cuisine, and he enjoys experimenting with new and adventurous flavors.

Wineski Hospitality aspires to offer guests a white-linen-style dining experience in the comfort of their own home. Whether it's a formal dinner with paired wine selections, or a social gathering with hors d'oeuvres and craft cocktails, every dining experience should be unique and memorable.
