ASP Service in Schertz provides extremely inadequate customer service. Although the service initially seemed satisfactory, it soon became evident that their performance was subpar. The communication was inconsistent and the response time was unsatisfactorily long, taking five days to receive a reply. The majority of technicians were unsatisfactory and focused solely on Polaris operations, rather than providing full cleaning services that would be expected of such a high-priced business. It is advised to avoid ASP Service in Schertz altogether.
