Lisa's responsiveness through the app was impressive, and scheduling with her was a breeze. Despite a sudden conflict, she was accommodating enough to arrive before our agreed time. Though I forgot to mention the stairs in my house, she adapted well and got the job done. My couches were an absolute mess, covered in dog hair. However, Lisa's efforts have made them look as good as new. I was thoroughly impressed and am already excited to book her for my carpets.

Due to their light color, the two chairs were heavily soiled. However, with diligent scrubbing, she managed to make them significantly cleaner within just half an hour. Although not entirely spotless, they were vastly improved.

Great job! You manually scrubbed the tough areas and persisted until everything was spotless. This is in stark contrast to the big steam cleaning companies that rely solely on their machines and give up on stains that don't easily come out.
