Update: I have changed my rating to five stars. After posting my initial review, the owner operator of Williams Wildlife Removal promptly contacted me. Mrs. Williams was eager to address my concerns and offered to personally visit my property to remedy the situation. I appreciate the company's effort to apologize for any inconvenience and take immediate action to address my concerns. I believe in second chances, and this company has shown me that they can come through. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest removal services.
During my experience with Williams Wildlife Removal, I encountered some communication and scheduling issues. Although the company initially presented themselves as professional and provided a good plan for removing pests from my attic, the problem arose when trying to schedule the actual removal of the trapped pests.
After the initial trap captured a pest, I had to wait four days before the company removed it, resulting in an unpleasant smell in my home. For the final assessment and payment, scheduling conflicts and being out of town pushed the appointment back and then rescheduled. After sealing up pest entries into the attic, I found that one pest had passed, creating a terrible smell and attracting flies. Despite informing the company of the issue, I received no response to my message, and the scheduled appointment was delayed. I eventually received a voicemail requesting a meeting, but it was too late to meet by that point.
The company needs to improve their communication and scheduling, making trapped pest removal a priority for customers. As a trapped pest in the summer heat can cause significant problems for a home or business owner, it's crucial to improve scheduling and communicating with customers. Although I understand my schedule isn't ideal, I informed the company, and they assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. However, I am disappointed that they didn't make a more significant effort to appreciate my time and prioritize my pest emergency.
