The manager was incredibly helpful, taking the time to assist me in finding a property that met my needs and budget. Additionally, every time I moved in, the units were immaculate, and any requests I made for maintenance were dealt with promptly. The manager treated me with kindness during every interaction, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with them.

It appears that she is experiencing some familial issues, causing her unresponsiveness despite her assurances. I'm attempting to empathize with her situation, but it is becoming increasingly exasperating at this juncture.
