The old flooring in the kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms was replaced with new flooring by Danny and his team, and they did a marvelous job. Danny and his team did an amazing job renovating a large basement. They installed new ceramic tile flooring in one room and replaced recently damaged jagged porcelain tiles in another. Danny also replaced the damaged tiles with unused tiles from the original job, which required a lot of cutting and refitting. To address the insufficient number of original tiles for the perimeter of one room, Danny added a new tile border in front of the drain, seamlessly blending it with the original floor design.
A wood floor technician was also brought in to replace a 3 ft. long tongue and groove living room floorboard that was severely damaged by carpenter ants/termites. The technician did such a great job matching the color of the wood that it appears to be the original floor.
Throughout the entire process, Danny was responsive and helpful, even taking care of picking up tiles and grout for the client at the tile center and returning mismatched online orders. With this impressive performance, the client highly recommends Danny and plans to use him for future projects.
