During this summer, we heard strange noises coming from our walls and ceiling, which we soon realized were critters in our attic. Not sure what type of pests they were, we knew we needed to take action. Fortunately, one of our friends recommended Chris Hall and his company, Wild Things, which specializes in removing unwanted pests from homes. After hearing good things about the company, we contacted them for help. Chris arrived promptly and attentively assessed our situation, even climbing up to the attic to inspect the area. After examining the space, he confirmed our fear that there were indeed rats nesting in our insulation, leaving behind grim evidence of their residency. Chris then patiently explained how he would take care of the problem, including the option to replace our old insulation with new blown insulation. We agreed to the quote he provided, and he proceeded with his work. Using bait and traps, Chris was able to quickly remove the critters in a few days' time, while being unobtrusive in his work. Removing the insulation was a bit noisier, but still accomplished in only one day. Afterwards, he installed new insulation which was done in a day as well. We were amazed that there was very little mess left behind, and our home was better insulated than before. Cleanup was quick, and they were finished by early afternoon. Throughout the entire process, Wild Things was reliable and always called ahead to let us know when they would arrive. Given the circumstances, we were surprised at how positive our experience was, thanks to Chris Hall and his team. We highly recommend Wild Things LLC for all your critter removal needs.

He took the initiative to explore our requirements, and went above and beyond by providing suggestions before he arrived. As soon as we began conversing, it just took him ten minutes to showcase his expertise in pest control and dedication to finishing the project correctly.
