Although a bit costly, Doug was highly responsible and kept his promise of showing up. He was likely comparable to other surveyors in terms of pricing since CrackerJack only recommended him.

In just one week, Douglas managed to provide us with a survey certificate, allowing us to proceed with some landscaping work before winter arrived. This was especially impressive considering that other companies had estimated a wait time of over four weeks, and the price Douglas charged was also reasonable. I highly recommend his services to others.
