Among the three estimates I obtained from different installers, WHC's was the most transparent and well-defined. Gabriela returned for a second visit, and we finalized a no-nonsense contract to remove the carpet and replace it with tile at a time that suited me. I procured the porcelain tile myself and handed Gabriela a separate payment for the supplies, while Wallace picked up the tile from the store on my behalf. Unlike other installers, Wallace completed the job himself and was meticulous in his work. The installation was done as scheduled over three days, and I am more than satisfied with the outcome, having paid a fair price for the job to be completed to a high standard.
