Basic Fan - $100

Smart Switches - $35 each, no wiring or troubleshooting necessary

Regular Switches - $35 each, no wiring or troubleshooting necessary

USB Smart Plugs - $30 each, no wiring or troubleshooting necessary

Regular Plugs - $30 each, no wiring or troubleshooting necessary

Wiring needed for new devices - $85-$150 per device

Troubleshooting outlets/lights - $180-$350 typically

Decor Fan - $150-$250 each

Bathroom Exhaust Fan - $150-$250 each

Dedicated Circuits - $250 or more, distance affects cost

Attic Accessibility/Non-Accessibility - $150-$650

Ring Doorbell - $80 each

Ring Camera - $85 or $150 hardwired, $50 solar powered

Service Calls - $180-$350, with a $125 minimum for a fix or diagnostic

Decor Chandeliers - $550-$750 each

Decor Fandeliers - $250 each

Basic Chandelier - $100-$150 each

Scaffold Use - $250 for 14-16ft, $350 for 18-20ft or higher

Sub Panel - $650-$850

New Panel - $1,850-$2,500

House Rewiring - $3,500-$9,500

Permits - $350-$500, which can vary based on location and work being done

Floodlights - $50 per install or replacement

Can Lights - $85-$125 per light, with possible discounts for over 50 lights, not including the cost of can lights

Replace Can Lights - $40 per light, not including attic access

Gas - $25-$50, which can vary based on location

Landscape Lights - $50 per light, with possible discounts for over 50 lights

Physical Walkthrough - $50-$80, if not hired for my time, gas, info, etc

Generator - $650 or more

240v Outlets - $375-$450 for locations below the panel, $650-$850 for locations over 20ft

EV Charger Hardwired - $450-$1,850

Hot Tub Dedicated Line - $650-$1,800

Digging By Hand - $450 or more

Replace Bad Breaker - $85-$180 per piece

Replace Bad Ballast for 1 Light - $180 per piece

Install Hardwired Devices in Panel - $180 per piece

Smoke Alarms Replace - $30 per piece

Smoke Alarms New Install Wiring - $85-$125 per piece

TV Mounting - $150-$250 for just the TV, with additional costs for hiding cables and attic access.

What a fantastic experience with Cordell and his team! When my husband and I were in need of electrical services, we turned to What We Built. After reaching out, Cordell was immediately responsive, gathering further information and giving us an affordable quote quickly. He even conducted a thorough assessment on-site before providing a final estimate. Cordell and the team provided us with an amazing experience! They successfully installed two sconces in our kitchen, even though the wiring did not meet our initial expectations. However, they were able to finish the job without any issues and were transparent about the costs involved.
