Greetings, I am Weston and I offer my services as a personal chef for various occasions such as home dinners, instructing and coaching, food styling, and events. In addition, I also provide courses on beginner and intermediate-level wine tasting techniques, sourdough bread making, and chocolate tempering.
Our venue in Nisswa, MN can accommodate up to 8 guests, allowing them to indulge in a delectable meal amidst a stunning forest view overlooking Nisswa Lake.
One of my greatest pleasures is to help people enhance their cooking skills at home. Whether you prefer to cook alongside me or simply observe, I can offer recipe writing, grocery shopping assistance, and dietary and nutritional advice. My goal is to instill a love for food in you through whichever method you choose.
I enjoy infusing restaurant-style hospitality into home cooking. Armed with a few high-tech gadgets, top-quality ingredients, and a passion to take on unfamiliar dishes and techniques, I aim to provide excellent service for you.
My services also include sharing my 11 years of New York-based kitchen and hospitality experience, introducing unique ingredients, seasonings, and concepts, and offering my undivided attention to inspire you to add your personal touch and style to your cooking.

I enlisted Weston's services for a cozy dinner party to celebrate my husband's birthday, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The Local Effort Food Co's Weston is absolutely amazing! We engaged him for our anniversary celebrations and the food he concocted was nothing short of phenomenal. His responsiveness during the planning phase was remarkable and we relished listening to his anecdotes as he cooked.
