Prior to the event, Emily expertly planned a menu, which included chicken and eggplant adobo and a few sides for 12 people. As an appetizer, she served lettuce wraps, impressing everyone with her culinary skills. In just 3 hours, Emily and Bill managed to prep, cook, serve, and clean up flawlessly. Based on my enjoyable experience, I highly recommend utilizing West Fork Kitchen for your next gathering.
