My request for handyman repairs at our clinic was immediately and efficiently addressed by Drew. The work he accomplished was top-notch, and he even allocated extra time in his schedule for the sake of its meticulous completion. We are more than satisfied with his services and are sure to reach out to him again for any prospective projects.

I have worked with many handymen, but Drew is hands down the best I have ever encountered. He is now on speed dial for all of my future repair needs, as working with him is like striking gold. After submitting my quote, Drew called me and talked me through my specific issue. I originally hired him to fix a problem I had with the new dishwasher hookup, which was linked to my garbage disposal that was out of commission at the time. He was available on the same day and even picked up a new disposal for me on his way to my area. During the installation of the hookup, he discovered additional issues with my sink. The pipes were crooked from the previous installation, which would have caused more leaking problems even if we had just replaced the disposal. Drew had the necessary tools and quickly cut and refitted the pipes. He also cleaned out the sink, which had accumulated loads of sitting water gunk and a bed of mosquitos. Drew went above and beyond his duties by fixing my garage door while he was here. It's hard to put into words how impressed I was with his work. Additionally, Drew is extremely friendly, making him easy to get along with. He felt like a long-term friend from the second I met him.

WeServe's team was hired by me for the second time and yet again, we were absolutely content with their work. Drew and the team are highly professional, punctual, and always exceed our expectations to get the job done. We plan to keep working with WeServe for any and all of our handyman requirements.

The installation of a gas fireplace for the holiday season was handled by Drew of We Serve LLC, who I must say is the finest handyman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Having had the opportunity to work with numerous highly skilled craftsmen in the past, I don't make such a statement without careful consideration. Drew has surpassed them all and tops my list due to his exceptional work ethic, resolute commitment to the job, and excellent worth.

After submitting information about the work to be completed in my home, the owner responded quickly and had availability for the next day. He assured me that I would be his first appointment at 9am and would receive a call 45 minutes beforehand to confirm his arrival. However, at 8:48am, I contacted him since I hadn't received a call and was informed that he was still at another job due to the rain. Later, around noon, I reached out again and was told that he was still on the other job site and would let me know whether he could make it or not. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him, and it was disappointing since I had prepared for his arrival. As communication is essential to me, I felt that the company did not communicate well with me. However, the following day, Drew contacted me to follow-up, and we were able to arrange a convenient time for him to complete the work requested. He provided me with updates regarding his ETA, arrived promptly and was friendly. Drew wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with his work, and we plan to use him again as our permanent handyman.
