Robert is truly amazing! Although I expected a routine dishwasher installation, it turned out a minor carpentry adjustment was needed to fit the unit into the cabinetry. While another technician might have recommended getting the molding and trim sorted before calling them back, Robert was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
Despite the unexpected challenge, he went above and beyond to complete the task and I believe his commitment to finishing the job efficiently and professionally is why he has such a stellar rating.
Without hesitation, I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an appliance installation.

Robert is absolutely amazing! I contacted CrackerJack at 5:00 a.m to find someone to install my dishwasher and Robert promptly replied within a span of 10 minutes. He arrived on time at 9:00 and immediately got to work. Although the dishwasher was previously supposed to be installed by Home Depot, they failed to deliver on their promise. Nevertheless, Robert was able to install it flawlessly within record time despite the bent door. The replacement door is expected to arrive in two weeks but I have no doubt that Robert is the best person for any kind of appliance installation. Thank you once again for your excellent service, Robert.

Today, Robert was our savior! We had bought a dishwasher from Home Depot and had paid for installation, but the HD workers who delivered it were not able to install it. Thankfully, Robert was able to come out on the same day and install it with skill and professionalism.
