The investment property we own was in terrible condition, but we were impressed with the fantastic job done by Well Done Cleaning. Despite the chaos, they didn't complain and completed the task efficiently.

I was in dire straits when I requested them to come to my house on such short notice, and they graciously agreed without hesitation. While I tried my hand at deep-cleaning my house myself, I found that I lacked the expertise to thoroughly clean my bathrooms to my satisfaction. I had a wonderful experience with Arturo and his partner and will definitely recommend them to my friends. When I made an appointment for them to come and look at the project, it wasn't a straightforward cleaning job - I needed some organizing help too. Luckily, that first visit was really beneficial as I wasn't sure where to start. With a move coming up and 10 family members visiting for the New Years weekend, having Arturo and his partner to talk to was really helpful. They recently moved from Brazil, so communication was sometimes tricky, but they were always motivated to do a good job. Arturo was the one I mainly worked with, but his partner was also there to help with communication. Although it wasn't necessary as Arturo's English is good, I appreciated the effort and found her input helpful. It can be awkward having strangers in your home for hours on end, but when they came to my door that first time, I had a great first impression of them. They looked like any other young, modern couple in the neighborhood. The next day, Arturo worked solidly for 4 hours, and although I struggled to keep up, that's why I hired them in the first place. I'm definitely going to call them when I finalize my moving plans. Oh, and I had a great New Years weekend with my family, thanks to Arturo and Anna, although my 3 children and 4 grandchildren did manage to undo some of their hard work!
