I enlisted the services of Weles to take out the carpet and refinish the staircases, as well as revamp the entryway floor and extend the hardwood floor in one of the rooms. Sasha, who headed the project, was exceptionally professional and prompt in his correspondence. After carefully evaluating the project, Sasha provided an estimate and scheduled the work to commence in a very punctual manner. The team from Weles completed the work to an excellent standard, and even rectified a few things that I requested to be done differently (such as matching the color of some newer steps to match the older ones). They promptly returned to address any concerns I had and carry out the required touch-ups. Overall, I had an exceptional experience dealing with Sasha and his team at Weles. I would highly recommend Weles and would not hesitate to engage their services again.

The installation of our pre-finished hardwood floors was expertly handled by the Weles Inc. team! Sasha's responsiveness to my queries before and after the installation was commendable, and the pricing was fair and straightforward. The installers, Alex and Vlad, were professional and efficiently removed our wall-to-wall carpets while also preparing the subfloor. They impressively crafted custom molding for the existing tile and cut baseboards to line up as necessary. To finish the tile trim job, they provided me with sandpaper and polyurethane. The job was completed in just one day, including the installation of varied pieces of red oak, which worried me initially but was done masterfully without any unsightly patches. After a month and a half, our floors still look impeccable, and we have received numerous compliments from family and friends. I would genuinely recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent hardwood floor installation.
