Weldon was my chosen company when my furnace broke down on Christmas Eve amidst 10-degree weather. Paul promptly arrived within an hour and a half of my call. He quickly found and resolved the issue in mere minutes, reinstating my furnace's warmth within an hour. Paul was highly professional, communicating each repair clearly and even demonstrating his workmanship. Our long-standing relationship with Weldon involves an annual service contract which they have upheld expertly over the years. Despite the complications of maintaining 3 different HVAC units in our uniquely structured home, they never fail to deliver exceptional service. What sets them apart is their unwavering integrity and responsiveness. From Claudia in the office to Matt, Paul, Eric, and Chip, every member of their team is a delight to deal with. While they cannot perform magic, they have certainly come close on several occasions!
