The cost for this program is determined by the number of weekly sessions you choose: $397 per month for one session, $797 per month for two sessions, and $1200 per month for three sessions. All sessions are conducted virtually through zoom and each one lasts for 60 minutes. During our sessions, we'll cover proper exercise form, warmup, cool down, and workout structure. Additionally, you will need to send me daily text updates including your weight, meals, and workouts via photos and videos for accountability. This program is month to month with no contract.
