Over the last decade, I had been employed by a Fortune 500 company where I managed a specialized business channel and oversaw a team of over 15 members. As a decision-maker in the hiring process, I performed various roles such as team leader, coach, and mentor. Recently, I took advantage of some industry changes such as mortgage rates and the onset of Covid-19 to establish my own enterprise- Wednesday Virtual Services. This venture combines my passion for career development and my love of writing.
