My name is Theresa and I have been serving in ministry for over 30 years as an ordained minister. Throughout my career, I have had the honor of officiating more than 25 wedding ceremonies. There is nothing more rewarding than helping couples bring their dream wedding to life!

Communication is not Theresa's strong suit, evidenced by her absence from one in-person meeting and two phone call meetings. I became concerned about her reliability and decided to request a refund. I worried that she might not show up for the wedding, but when I confronted her about the issue, she became defensive and offered a series of excuses, refusing to provide a refund. As a result, I had no choice but to involve customer service and place a hold on her account. It took three weeks and the receipt of three post-dated checks before we finally received our refund. I would not recommend Theresa's services to anyone due to her poor communication and lack of reliability.
